When your order arrives depends on various factors. Here are a few simple steps to help you find out more about your order:
1) Check the status of your order: Log in to your customer account and check the current status of your order. If you don't have a customer account, you can simply enter your order number on the homepage of our FAQ section to view the status of your order there as well. If your product is taking more than 2 business days longer to produce than stated on the website, please contact our customer service team.
We always strive to process all orders carefully and as quickly as possible. If production is taking longer than usual, it may be due to (a) rectification of quality issues or (b) unexpectedly high order volume. If your order is affected, we sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you for your understanding.
2) Track your shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you should have received a tracking link via email. Use the link to check the current status of your shipment. If the status of your order has been stagnant for more than 3 business days or if you need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
3) Consider delivery times: Please note that we produce all products on-demand and all stated delivery times for standard orders are estimated dates. In rare cases, there may be delays that are beyond our control. We can only guarantee a specific date for express orders.
