At JUNIQE, all our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is Juniquely produced just for you. This includes personalization and in-house customized printing, ensuring that your order is tailor-made to your specifications.
Due to the nature of print-on-demand and personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not damaged.
Each product is crafted specifically for you. Once your order is placed, production begins immediately, based on your personal choices (design, size, style). As a result, the item cannot be resold or reused by anyone else.
By producing on demand, we avoid overproduction and reduce waste, which helps us stay committed to a sustainable business model. Accepting returns for non-damaged goods would contradict this commitment.
We understand that occasionally, issues may arise. If you receive an item that is damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange or provide a JUNIQE voucher as compensation.
