The amount for all returned items will always be refunded, minus the processing fee of 7,50€z and the shipping costs incurred. As we produce on-demand and each item is made especially for you, we have to charge a processing fee of 7,50€ if you decide against the return alternatives. With the alternatives that reduce the environmental impact and minimise production waste, there is, of course, no charge and you do not have to worry about the return because you can keep your items.
