The most common reason for not being able to enter our Returns centre is inaccurate input of the needed information. It is very important that the information you enter in these three fields is an exact match with the information that you've entered upon placing your order. So make sure that everything is spelled correctly and that there are no unnecessary spaces before or after the text.
To log in to our returns center you need the following information:
- Order number
- Email address
- Zip code as entered in the shipping address
Since our Returns Center is directly connected to the DHL Returns Portal, it is also possible that there may be a malfunction while DHL is performing updates or maintenance work. Don't worry, try again in a few hours and it will hopefully work like clockwork.
