The arrival time of your order depends on several factors. Here’s how you can check the status anytime:
1. Order status - Log into your customer account or, if you don’t have one, enter your order number on the home tab of the FAQ section. If production takes significantly longer than expected, please reach out to our customer service team.
2. Track your shipment - Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If the status doesn’t update for more than 3 business days, you can either contact the shipping provider directly or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
3. Estimated delivery times - The delivery times for standard orders displayed in your shopping cart are estimated averages. In rare cases, external factors beyond our control may cause delays. Need a guaranteed delivery date? Make sure to choose an express-eligible product and select the express option at checkout
4. Partial shipments - Your order may arrive in multiple packages, depending on item type, quantity, and format. Your shipping confirmation email will list which items are included in each package. If something is missing, don’t worry - you’ll receive another shipping confirmation once the remaining products are on their way.
