A postal return to JUNIQE can have several reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address (watch out for the auto fill-in in the browser!), several unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of acceptance or it was not picked up at the post office within the specified time period.
But don't worry, we'll refund the full purchase price as soon as the parcel arrives back at our warehouse. In the meantime, you could simply re-order your selected items so that they will find their way to you very soon.
